Power Of Attorney (POA) issuance. Unless you wish to travel to Hungary, you can grant us a POA to act on your behalf.

STEP 5

Compile all supporting documentation with your dedicated case advisor.

STEP 6

Comprehensive due diligence screening.

STEP 7

We submit your application and await approval.

STEP 8

Receive your Hungary related documentation and you the Guest Investor Visa.

STEP 9

Complete your required investment within 3 months from obtaining the visa

STEP 10

Receive approval and complete biometrics appointment in Hungary (simultaneously with the next step) – A facial image and fingerprints are taken from the investor and all persons requesting a residence permit for the purpose of issuing a residence document containing biometric data

STEP 11

Submitting application regarding the guest investor residence permit – Must be applied for within 3 months from obtaining the visa. The migration authority shall issue its decision within 21 days.
